Clients can submit support requests by logging in to the DigitalFyre Client Portal at any time and either Navigating to “Support” from the left side navigation, then clicking the “Open Ticket” link
Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Clients can create, update, and view their tickets from the DigitalFyre Client Portal at any time.
