The data you submit in the customer portal ("Console") is twice encrypted. However, we strongly discourage you from submitting passwords and any other sensitive data in clear text in a ticket. The reason behind that is because ticket information is always stored in clear text.

If you need to submit sensitive information to our support team in a ticket, there are two methods through which you can do that.

Through the ticketing system

While submitting the ticket, as you scroll down to click the Submit button, you will see a separate section for submitting sensitive data. Please place sensitive data there. This data is encrypted in a different database.

You will be able to modify or remove the sensitive data you submit, and it will be removed automatically and permanently when the ticket is closed either by yourself or by our staff.

Through Password Manager

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on your name on the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Scroll down to Password Manager
  4. Click on Shared Passwords
  5. Add your share-able login information there
  6. Let our Support Team know where the credentials are stored
