At DigitalFyre, every order is manually reviewed for approval. In most cases, orders are approved within a few minutes during business hours.
Risk Score
Orders that do not pass the automated fraud check ran by a number of tools including MaxMind will not be approved under any circumstances.
Automatic Provisioning
Automatic provisioning is enabled for a select number of products and is available for existing customers with active services.
Compliance with U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”)
Regulations established by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury prohibit us (“DigitalFyre”) from providing services to individuals and companies in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria or to those that are identified by OFAC as Specially Designated Nationals. In the event that you are in one of the aforementioned countries, or if you are an SDN, you will not be able to sign up for our services.
